Dataset for: A Declared Adhesion Profile Is a Step in the Supervised Braking Requirement: A Failure Mode of Moving-Block and ETCS Level 2/3 Train Separation

The data behind every figure and table in the article, as 71 CSV files with README.md and LICENCE.md. Study 1: the per-run results of the declared-profile study under two fallback brakes, with its outcome tables. Study 2: the per-run results of the main anchored-event sweep and of its horizon, traction-fraction, look-ahead-probe, speed-cap, constant-leader, frozen-end-of-authority, cost-weight, dwell-threshold and randomised-geometry runs; the per-patch table and three per-sample traces behind the trace figure; and the outcome tables computed from them. Also included: the adhesion deadband values of Table 1, a solver timing summary, the series and table values plotted in the article, and the derived values (ratios, differences, counts) the article quotes. README.md is a data dictionary for every file and column and records each run's provenance. Some outcome tables carry p-value and interval columns that are withdrawn and not quoted in the article; README.md explains why. The simulation code is not included and is available from the author on reasonable request.
