资源简介:
This dataset includes 2399 women who had a singleton pregnancy of <21 weeks of gestation and were recruited into the DOMInO trial. The women were randomly assigned to receive fish oil capsules rich in docosahexaenoic acid (DHA, providing 800 mg/day) or matched vegetable oil capsules without DHA from study entry to birth. Baseline clinical and sociodemographic characteristics of the participants were collected. The primary outcome was symptoms of postnatal depression, assessed at 6 weeks and 6 months post-partum using the self-administered Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale. Also available are data on secondary pregnancy, delivery and neonatal outcome measures, plus cognitive and language development scores as assessed in a subset of the children at 18 months corrected age using the Bayley Scales of Infant Development, Third Edition.
