Bacterial communities associated with Handroanthus chrysanthus (Bignoniaceae) at different recovery stages in the Maya tropical forest

In the present study, we studied the bacterial communities associated with soil, roots and leaves in one of the forest species of greatest ecological importance, representing different recovery stages of a tropical forest in the Calakmul Biosphere Reserve, Mexico.
