Dataset - Scalable biophysical constraints for physiologically consistent metabolic states

Dataset required to reproduce the figures and simulation workflows from the METEOR-K study. The accompanying code is available at: https://github.com/EPFL-LCSB/METEOR-K Dataset contents: 1. models.zip Model files used by all workflows. 2. small_glycolysis_results.zip Simulation results used for the small-glycolysis figures. 3. anaerobic_ecoli_results.zip Simulation results used for the anaerobic E. coli figures. 4. human_results.zip Human ovarian-cancer simulation results, including modal-analysis, phase-plane, and drug-response data. Installation: Extract all four ZIP files into the root directory of the cloned GitHub repository. Preserve the directory structure stored in each archive. After extraction, the files should be located under: models/ results/small_glycolysis/ results/anaerobic_ecoli/ results/ovarian_cancer/
