资源简介:
Household food resilience refers to the ability of a household to ensure the availability of sufficient, safe, and nutritious food on an ongoing basis, especially in the face of shocks and stresses such as economic crises, climate change, natural disasters, or pandemics. Unlike food security, which emphasizes the availability and access to food at a given point in time, food resilience highlights the long-term ability to adapt and recover from disruptions that threaten access to food. The urgency of strengthening household food resilience is heightened by increasing global uncertainty, and this condition disproportionately affects vulnerable groups. This bibliometric review aims to map the structure of permaculture research from 2001-2025, highlighting the current research trends and future directions in this fields. The review uses bibliographic coupling and co-word analysis on 363 documents retrieved from the Scopus database.
