We used microarrays to detail the genes regulating cDC2 development in the absense of the transcription factor Id2. Overall design: Splenic cDC2 were sorted from bone marrow for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays. We sought to obtain gene expression signatures for WT and Id2 KO cDC2.
