资源简介:
Intestinal flora plays an important role in regulating nutritional metabolism, immune response and disease resistance in crustaceans. Dihydromyricetin (DMY) is a flavonoid mainly extracted from plants of the genus Serpentine in the family Vitis vinifera. DMY has been shown to improve the diversity and abundance of intestinal microbiota and restore disordered intestinal flora. In this study, the intestinal flora of Penaeus vannamei was sequenced after 56 days of feeding shrimp with DMY-added diets. The results of this study indicated that dietary DMY might regulate intestinal flora composition by increasing the abundance and diversity of shrimp intestinal microbial thereby improving shrimp growth and health. Our study provides a theoretical reference for DMY as a functional additive in crustacean feed.
