小鼠桡骨骨干SAXS/WAXD数据于上海同步辐射光源时间分辨超小角X射线散射光束线BL10U1上采集。入射X射线能量为10 keV,光束尺寸为18𝜇𝑚×18𝜇𝑚。使用像素尺寸为75𝜇𝑚×75𝜇𝑚,分辨率为2069×2166像素的探测器Eiger 4M收集SAXS数据;像素尺寸为172𝜇𝑚×172𝜇𝑚,分辨率为981×1043像素的PILATUS 1M探测器收集WAXD数据。样品与探测器之间的距离由标样山嵛酸银(AgBH)分别校准为120.32毫米(WAXD)和3100.81毫米(SAXS)。实验中同步采集小鼠桡骨骨干SAXS/WAXD各529张,并在同空间位置分别采集曝光时间分别为0.3s和1s的小鼠桡骨骨干SAXS/WAXD图像以为构建训练数据集。经筛选曝光时间为1s的数据中共有468张具备准确清晰的物理信息,因此以这468张图像及其配对的曝光时间为0.3s的图像合并构建SAXS/WAXD数据集。
The SAXS/WAXD data of mouse radial diaphysis were collected at the time-resolved ultra-small-angle X-ray scattering beamline BL10U1 of the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility. The incident X-ray energy was 10 keV, and the beam size was 18 μm × 18 μm. SAXS data were collected using the Eiger 4M detector with a pixel size of 75 μm × 75 μm and a resolution of 2069 × 2166 pixels, while WAXD data were collected using the PILATUS 1M detector with a pixel size of 172 μm × 172 μm and a resolution of 981 × 1043 pixels. The sample-to-detector distances were calibrated to 120.32 mm (for WAXD) and 3100.81 mm (for SAXS) respectively using the standard sample silver behenate (AgBH). In the experiment, 529 SAXS images and 529 WAXD images of mouse radial diaphysis were collected synchronously. Additionally, SAXS and WAXD images of mouse radial diaphysis with exposure times of 0.3 s and 1 s respectively were acquired at the same spatial position for constructing the training dataset. After screening, 468 out of the 1 s exposure time images possessed accurate and clear physical information. Therefore, the final SAXS/WAXD dataset was constructed by combining these 468 images with their matched 0.3 s exposure time images.
