miRNA Expression in Mouse Torpor

Read data includes miRNA sequencing data from studies examining the responses of the house mouse being induced to torpor at various ambient temperatures. A variety of different tissues were examined in this study. The goal of this study is to give a broad overview of the metabolic and signaling adaption employed by a model organism undergoing faculative torpor and compare across tissue types.
