The dataset comes from the research articles of previous scholars on tungsten-tin mineralization-related granite in the Indosinian period of South China and part of the data tested by the author (all annotated in the dataset), the obtained data is based on the calculation of parameters, the software is excel, a total of 147 pieces of data are included, the row label in sheet1 indicates the source of the data, and the column label represents the tested element or calculated parameters, where the unit of major elements is %, and the unit of trace element is ppm, The undisplayed element (space) indicates that the parameters calculated based on this element have been given in the literature, so there is no need to count these elements, and the data in sheet2 are the Fe2O3/FeO, temperature (°C), and Sr-Nd isotope results of some mineralized granites.
