RNA-seq of mouse gastric cancer cells

We have established the mouse GC cell line (GAN-KP cell) from K19-Wnt1/ C2mE transgenic (GAN) mice. In view of the role of the Cdh1 gene in cell adhesion, this study knocked out the Cdh1 gene in GAN-KP and obtained GAN-KP Cdh1-KO (GAN-KPC) cells. Aimed to compare the differences in gene expression in mouse gastric cancer cells GAN-KP and GAN-KPC. Three replicates were performed for each type of cell, and a total of 6 samples were included in this project. Total RNA was isolated using the RNeasy Mini Kit, and the total RNA concentration and purity were assessed on an Agilent 2100 bioanalyzer (Agilent). Samples with an RNA integrity number > 8.0 were used for sequencing.
