Symbious Operational Record Model — append-only hash-chained schema

Public reference schema for the Symbious™ operational record: the append-only, hash-chained witness event written when a person taps a passive node at an operational threshold in the built environment. Defines the node and record structures, the role-not-person discipline (records hold roles, never named individuals), example field sets by node kind (cleaning, verification-gate, sensor reading, safety inspection, unit turn, waste), optional evidence attachments, and the three Concordat data tiers (hot / warm / cold) that govern retention and anonymisation. Published as an interoperability reference; the specific means of hash-chaining and node authentication are outside the schema's scope.
