为科学、准确、客观地掌握慈溪市地表水环境质量状况和变化趋势,我单位对对慈溪市县控及以上河道断面水质和千吨万人湖库水质中所含氨氮浓度进行定期监测。水质按照《水质 氨氮的测定 纳氏试剂分光光度法(HJ 535-2009)》标准进行检测,根据《地表水环境质量标准(GB 3838-2002)》及《浙江省水功能区水环境功能区划分方案(2015年)》对该监测断面进行评价。1、算法规则:对我市地表水及湖库断面水质中化学需氧量浓度进行检测时,按照如下公式进行计算:ρ=(A-A0-a)/b/V,式中p为样品中氨氮的质量浓度,单位mg/L;A为水样的吸光度: A0为空白试验的吸光度;a为标准曲线的截距;b为标准曲线的斜率;V取样体积,单位ml。2、数据分析:将所得氨氮浓度在《地表水环境质量标准(GB 3838-2002)》中查得其类别,再按照《浙江省水功能区水环境功能区划分方案(2015年)》的划分,对应所在断面的类别,若超出则说明该断面氨氮未达到功能目标,反之则达到功能目标。 1、算法规则:对我市地表水及湖库断面水质中化学需氧量浓度进行检测时,按照如下公式进行计算:ρ=(A-A0-a)/b/V,式中p为样品中氨氮的质量浓度,单位mg/L;A为水样的吸光度: A0为空白试验的吸光度;a为标准曲线的截距;b为标准曲线的斜率;V取样体积,单位ml。2、数据分析:将所得氨氮浓度在《地表水环境质量标准(GB 3838-2002)》中查得其类别,再按照《浙江省水功能区水环境功能区划分方案(2015年)》的划分,对应所在断面的类别,若超出则说明该断面氨氮未达到功能目标。

To scientifically, accurately and objectively grasp the status and change trends of surface water environmental quality in Cixi City, our unit conducts regular monitoring of the ammonia nitrogen concentration in the water quality of county-level and above river sections and lakes and reservoirs with a daily water supply capacity of 1,000 tons and serving a population of over 10,000 people in Cixi City. The water quality was tested in accordance with the standard *Water Quality - Determination of Ammonia Nitrogen - Nessler's Reagent Spectrophotometry (HJ 535-2009)*, and the monitoring sections were evaluated in accordance with *Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water (GB 3838-2002)* and *Zhejiang Province Water Function Zone and Water Environment Function Zone Division Plan (2015)*. 1. Algorithm Rules: When detecting the chemical oxygen demand concentration in the water quality of surface water and lake/reservoir sections in our city, the following formula is used for calculation: $ ho=(A-A_0-a)/b/V$, where $ ho$ is the mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the sample, unit: mg/L; A is the absorbance of the water sample; $A_0$ is the absorbance of the blank test; a is the intercept of the standard curve; b is the slope of the standard curve; V is the sampling volume, unit: ml. 2. Data Analysis: Look up the category corresponding to the obtained ammonia nitrogen concentration in *Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water (GB 3838-2002)*, then match it with the category of the corresponding monitoring section according to the division of *Zhejiang Province Water Function Zone and Water Environment Function Zone Division Plan (2015)*. If the concentration exceeds the standard limit, it means that the ammonia nitrogen of the section fails to meet the functional target; otherwise, it meets the functional target. 1.
