Ceiling Truth Engine (CTE): Deterministic Cure-Path for Alzheimer's Disease — White Paper (Polished v3, September 2025)

This record contains the polished White Paper (v3) of the Ceiling Truth Engine (CTE) cure-path for Alzheimer’s disease, published September 16, 2025. The White Paper consolidates results from simulations (Sim1–26) covering both known and hidden factor domains, an IP-clean disease-modifying anchor specification, and the deterministic five-pillar framework (drug foundation, immune control, metabolic stability, lifestyle anchors, and neuroprotection). The PDF is cryptographically sealed and timestamped with SHA-256 and OpenTimestamps proofs, ensuring integrity and reproducibility. The companion archive (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17132153) contains the full simulation data and raw results. ⚠️ Note: This is a computer-modeled, deterministic framework — not a clinical cure yet. Laboratory and clinical validation are required to implement and verify the cure-path in practice. While clinical testing remains a required step, the deterministic results show a complete cure-path framework. In logical and mathematical terms, this is already the cure: the pathway is closed, the variables are accounted for, and the outcome is stable.
