Mesothelioma is a rare malignant tumor that primarily affects the serosal membranes of the body, especially the pleura and peritoneum. This tumor is associated with long-term asbestos exposure. This dataset provides analytical workflows for DNA, RNA, and single-cell omics. Specifically, DNA analysis covers single nucleotide variants (SNVs), structural variants (SVs), fusion gene detection, and copy number variation (CNV) analysis. For RNA sequencing (RNA-seq), in addition to differential gene expression analysis, the workflow also includes novel transcript discovery, allele-specific expression analysis, and interaction analysis between coding transcripts and non-coding RNAs. Single-cell analysis encompasses cell type annotation, intercellular communication analysis, single-cell trajectory inference, and transcription factor regulatory analysis.
