GSEA-based Pathway Analysis Results of Matched Primary and Locally Recurrent Breast Tumors

GSEA analysis of recurrent and primary tumor sub-divided by estrogen receptor status. Output is provided for RNA and protein data for both the HALLMARKS and KEGG databases.
