Data from the Gopko et al. manuscript 'Is vision deterioration responsible for changes in host’s behavior caused by eye flukes?'

Two data files, where similar data are presented in a long and short format (.csv). The third (text) file contains a detailed description of the variables. In brief, there are data about the fish (Salvelinus malma, Arctic charr group) behaviour, size, infection status (control or infected) and parasitic loads in the files. Among behavioural traits tested, there are fish activity and depth preference in dark and light conditions. In addition, there is information about the order in which fish was caught, a rough proxy of predation avoidance.
