Mapping and modelling land degradation vulnerability in a semi-arid region

Geospatial dataset supporting a study on land degradation vulnerability in a semi-arid region of Türkiye. The target map is derived with a Storie Index–based integration of national inventory layers (Major Soil Groups, Land Use Capability, Slope–Depth Combination, Current Erosion Severity). Predictors include Landsat-8 year-2023 indices (NDVI, NDWI, NMDI, LST) and SRTM 30 m hydro-topographic metrics (LS, SPI, STI, TWI). Data are provided at 30 m grid or polygonal mapping-unit support with metadata to ensure reproducibility of figures and statistics reported in the manuscript. No personal or proprietary data are included.
