The goal of this study was to perform transcriptomics of prostate cancer cells with genetic knockout of OGDHL treated with the Androgen Receptor Pathway Inhibitor Enzalutamide (Enza) or Vehicle (DMSO) Prostate cancer cells were infected with lentivirus containing CAS9 and a control gRNA (AAVS) or gRNA targeting OGDHL (sgOGDHL). Cells were then maintained in vehicle (DMSO) or Androgen Receptor Pathway Inhibitor (Enza) for 6 weeks to adapt.
