船司运力分析数据

对船舶公司船舶使用状态记录分析，掌握船司船舶运力使用情况，分析船舶运力利用情况，对船舶所在船司进行分类，分为运力利用高，运力利用中等和运力利用低的船司，有利于跟踪感知船司运力利用情况，为同行业企业管理船舶提供参考建议。1、数据采集：通过四港联动船舶数据库输出船舶中文名、所属船司、装船时间、卸船时间等字段；
2、数据处理：对采集到的数据进行清洗、分类汇总。
3、数据加工：使用SUMIFS和COUNTIFS函数计算出船司船舶在一定时间范围T内每个集装箱在途里程t，汇总统计为W，船舶i最大集装箱运载量Bi，船舶集合为C，计算船司所有船舶最大装载量之和E，计算运力利用指数Y=W/E，指数排名前三的为运力利用率高的船司，指数排名倒数前三的为运力利用低的船司，其余为中等。
4、数据应用：帮助运输公司更好地对运力进行统筹，感知船司运力利用情况。

This dataset analyzes vessel operation status records of shipping companies, aiming to gain insights into the shipping capacity utilization of vessel operators, assess their shipping capacity utilization performance, and classify hosting shipping companies into three groups: those with high, medium and low shipping capacity utilization rates. This work facilitates real-time tracking and monitoring of shipping companies' capacity utilization, and provides actionable reference suggestions for peer enterprises in vessel fleet management.
1. Data Collection: Extract fields including Chinese vessel name, affiliated shipping company, loading time, unloading time and other relevant fields from the four-port linked vessel database;
2. Data Preprocessing: Clean the collected data and perform classified aggregation;
3. Data Refinement: Utilize the SUMIFS and COUNTIFS functions to calculate the in-transit mileage t of each container for vessels under a target shipping company within a specified time range T, aggregate the total mileage to obtain W, calculate the maximum container carrying capacity B_i of vessel i, denote the set of vessels as C, compute the total maximum loading capacity E of all vessels under the shipping company, and derive the shipping capacity utilization index Y = W/E. Shipping companies ranking top 3 by index Y are classified as high-capacity-utilization entities, those ranking bottom 3 as low-capacity-utilization entities, and the remaining ones as medium-capacity-utilization entities;
4. Data Application: Assist shipping companies in better integrated scheduling of their shipping capacity, and obtain comprehensive insights into the shipping capacity utilization status of peer shipping operators.
