A pot experiment was conducted with multimetal (Cu, Cd, and Pb) spiked soil to evaluate the synergistic effect of bacterial inoculation and nanoparticles on the phytoremediation of Cu, Cd, and Pb-contaminated soil. Sterilized soil was spiked with , 300, 100, 506, mg kg-1 of copper, cadmium, lead. Ryegrass seeds (Lolium perenne) were used as a hyperaccumulator plant. The soil was inoculated with two selected bacterial strains NW2 (Serratia liquefaciens) and M28 (Bacillus sp.). The plants were harvested 60 days after seedling, and various physiological and biochemical parameters were examined. Analysis was conducted on soil and plant samples to determine the metal concentration. Bacterial colonization in soil was studied with Illumina Miseq.
