Database of 120,000 reaction-diffusion-generated architected material structures and their effective mechanical properties

This database contains 120,000 reaction-diffusion-generated architected material structures together with the corresponding reaction-diffusion parameters and computed effective mechanical properties. Each structure is represented as a binary two-dimensional matrix corresponding to a representative volume element (RVE) model with periodic boundary conditions, where 1 denotes the material phase and 0 denotes the void phase. For every structure, the database provides: • Reaction-diffusion parameters (Da, Db, f, k) • Binary structural representation • Effective elastic properties (Ex/Em, Ey/Em, Gxy/Gm, Emean/Em) • Effective Poisson's ratios (νxy, νyx, νmean) The database accompanies the article: “Beyond unit cells: programmable morphogenetic design of irregular architected materials” The repository includes the complete database in HDF5 format, metadata describing all variables, checksum files for integrity verification, and example Python code for reading the data.
