Thai Clinical Trials Registry (TCTR) 是泰国临床试验注册中心，成立于2009年，是一个在线注册平台，用于记录在泰国及世界各地进行的临床研究。该数据库由泰国人类研究促进基金会运营，自2013年8月7日起成为世界卫生组织(WHO)的主要注册机构。TCTR鼓励所有在泰国进行的临床试验在招募受试者前进行前瞻性注册，以提高研究透明度，减少冗余和发表偏倚。
Thai Clinical Trials Registry (TCTR) is the clinical trial registry of Thailand. Established in 2009, it is an online registration platform for documenting clinical studies conducted in Thailand and across the globe. Operated by the Thailand Foundation for the Promotion of Human Research, TCTR has been a primary registry of the World Health Organization (WHO) since August 7, 2013. The registry encourages all clinical trials carried out in Thailand to undergo prospective registration prior to participant recruitment, so as to enhance research transparency, reduce redundancy and publication bias.
