Glioblastoma tumor RNA-seq in castrated and non-castrated mice

Bulk RNA sequencing experiment on GBM tumor tissue samples from brain and flank. The goal is to study the effect of testosterone on GBM tumor by measuring gene expressions in tumors from castrated or non-castrated (sham) mice, and tumors that were implanted in two different anatomical locations (brain or flank). 1) Sham-Brain tumor 2) Cas-Brain tumor 3) Sham-Flank 4) Cas-Flank. There were three replicates in each condition.
