Single-cell RNA sequencing of ICB samples from FUSCC

Here, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing of pre-treatment tumor samples in 26 patients with early-stage TNBC and 6 patients with advanced TNBC to define anti-PD-1 response-related components in the tumor microenvironment. We performed single-cell RNA sequencing on pre-treatment tumor samples from 26 early-stage TNBC patients and 6 advanced TNBC patients. The goal was to identify components of the tumor microenvironment related to the response to anti-PD-1 therapy.
