Genome assembly of the bared-nosed wombat. Bare-nosed wombat genome sequencing

The sample was obtained from a single animal. The sequencing was completed using multiple platforms and assembly was done using Illumina HiSeq 4000 paired-end sequencing data (100x), 10X Genomics microfluidics-based linked reads (56x) and Pacbio single-molecule real-time (SMRT) sequencing data (5x).
