transcriptomic data for 5637 were generated to observe the process of acquiring gemcitabine resistance in time-course. Overall design: Chemotherapy resistance is the biggest obstacle in many cancer patients, and this is closely related to the survival rate due to treatment failure or recurrence. In general, the mechanism of drug-specific resistance was studied by simple comparison with cancer cells that obtained resistance. In this study, we focused on the molecular mechanisms that cancer cells acquire through gemcitabine exposure in the 5637 bladder cancer cell line. By defining one phase as confirming the survival of the cell line, we sequentially constructed a total of 15 phases with 5637 gemcitabine-resistance cancer (5637GRC) cell lines. In addition, two different types (5637GRC1 and 5637GRC2) and four time-points (phase 0, phase 3, phase 7, and phase 15) were defined by the method schematized.
