A universal protein ladder for standardisation of diverse FRET assays: Main figures

Raw data and analysis for the main text figures of: E. R. Smith et al. "A universal protein ladder for standardisation of diverse FRET assays", 2026. doi: https://doi.org/10.64898/2026.03.05.709886 This is a modular protein ladder designed to provide a predictable calibration curve. This enables interpolation between different experimental FRET modalities, including confocal smFRET, flow cytometry based-FRET and Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging Microscopy FRET (FLIM-FRET). Each figure has its own folder and is then split by experimental type. Each subfolder contains a readme file to describe the files contained in the folder and the data they contain.
