Caenorhabditis elegans Raw sequence reads

In this project, total RNA-Sequencing was performed to profile circular RNA expression and linear mRNA splicing differences between C. elegans wild-type and NOVA-1 mutant animals. Total RNA was extracted from Day-3 adult worms using the Purelink RNA mini-kit, followed by a DNase I treatment following the manufacturer's protocol. RNA integrity number ranged from 9.6 to 10.0. Samples were stored at -80C prior to RNA-sequencing.
