VOSviewer Network Map and Co-occurrence Matrix: Persona–AI Bibliometric Study (2021–2025)

This dataset contains two supplementary files supporting the bibliometric analysis reported in the article "Persona as a Boundary Object in Artificial Intelligence Research: A Bibliometric Mapping of Cross-Domain Themes and Temporal Dynamics."
The analysis was conducted using VOSviewer (v1.6.20) on a corpus of 1,513 publications retrieved from the ScienceDirect database (2021–2025) using the search query ("persona" OR "user modeling" OR "digital persona") AND "artificial intelligence." A keyword co-occurrence analysis was performed with a minimum threshold of 10 occurrences, yielding 41 keywords across 5 thematic clusters.
File descriptions:

persona-AI-map.txt — VOSviewer map file containing node-level data for 41 keywords, including cluster assignment, spatial coordinates (x, y), number of links, total link strength, occurrence count, and average publication year score. This file can be imported directly into VOSviewer to reproduce the network, overlay, and density visualizations (Figures 4–6 in the article).
persona-AI-net.txt — VOSviewer network file containing the co-occurrence matrix, listing all 297 keyword pairs and their corresponding link strength values. This file represents the full co-occurrence structure underlying the network visualization.

Both files are in plain text (.txt) tab-delimited format and are compatible with VOSviewer version 1.6.20 or later. Researchers may use these files to replicate, extend, or re-analyse the keyword co-occurrence network reported in this study.
