Lunch eating habits of individuals in Italy 2023, by age

The majority of individuals in Italy aged 20 to 24 years had their lunch at home (64.7 percent), followed by those having their lunch in a school/company canteen (10.4 percent). Among the older generation, 97.2 percent of those aged 75 years and over had their lunch at home while only 0.2 percent had it in a restaurant.
