Effect of RGRN-305 on TPA-induced skin inflammation in mice 4 hours post-TPA challenge

The aim was to demonstrate that pretreatment with RGRN-305 suppresses 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate (TPA)-induced alterations in gene expression. Overall design: Mice were pretreated with RGRN-305 or vehicle before challenge with TPA or vehicle on ears of mice. Four hours post TPA-challenge ear biopsies were collected and RNA sequenced ( gene expression analysis). Number of mice in treatment groups: vehicle = 4, RGRN-305 = 4, TPA = 10, TPA+RGRN-305 = 10.
