Comparative Study of NGF Level Changes in Free Anterolateral Femoral and Peroneal Nerve Trophic Vascular Flap for Foot and Ankle Skin Defects

This study analyzed the application effects of the free anterolateral femoral flap and peroneal nerve trophic vascular flap in the repair of ankle skin defects and evaluated their impact on nerve growth factor (NGF) levels. The aim was to clarify the differences in the efficacy of the two flap repairs and provide a reference for the selection of clinical limb trauma repair plans.
