We used bulk ChIC-seq to analyze genome-wide distribution of H3K27me3 in 6 different mESC pre-culture conditions. mESCs were dissociated using TrypLE, ethanol-fixed and incubated with anti-H3K27me3 antibody. 1000 cells were Fluorescence-activated cell (FACS)-sorted into tubes and used as input for ChIC-seq processing and sequencing.
