Proteomic analysis of CSF samplesCSF samples collected at baseline and before each treatment cycle were analyzed using the Olink proteomics platform. Targeted proteomic profiling was performed to identify protein biomarkers associated with treatment response, immune activation, and disease progression in the central nervous system tumor microenvironment.Tumor DNA analysis of CSF samplesCirculating tumor DNA (ctDNA) was extracted from 5 mL CSF samples collected at baseline and pre‑cycle time points. Genomic profiling was performed to detect tumor‑specific mutations, copy number variations, and other molecular alterations. Longitudinal ctDNA dynamics were used to monitor treatment response, minimal residual disease, and early progression in patients with brain/leptomeningeal metastasis and glioma.
