Individual-based model and results for Pacific Cod in the Gulf of Alaska for NPRB Project 1806

This dataset contains the Pacific cod individual-based model application used to run the IBM simulations from 2014-2020 in the Gulf of Alaska, IBM model results from each year, and the input files required to run the DisMELS-based IBM. Each year of IBM results are zipped together in '[YYYY]_archive.zip', where '[YYYY]' describes the simulation year. The IBM application itself is in 'PacificCodIBM_archive.zip', while the input files are in 'ModelRunFiles_archive.zip'.
