User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Usability Testing (UT) Report of Design of Prototyping Approach for Real-Time Material Workflow Management and Asset Tracking

This report summarizes the evaluation of the developed web-based material inventory system through user acceptance and usability testing. The system was built to improve how material requests, usage records, and stock information are managed at PT PLN Icon Plus Purwokerto Representative Office, replacing the earlier manual process that often caused delays and inconsistencies. The testing results show that the system performs well in supporting daily operational tasks and is generally easy for users to understand and operate. Overall, the findings indicate that the application is ready for further use and development, while also identifying several aspects that can still be improved.
