MMR Structural Mimicry Screening: BOLTZ-2 Structures and Structural Decoys

Structural data archive supporting the study "Structural Mimicry Screening in MHC Class II Requires a Selection-Matched Null: A Decoy-Calibrated Framework and Its Application to MMR Vaccine Antigens." The archive contains 43 BOLTZ-2 candidate peptide-HLA structures, 26 BOLTZ-2 autoantigen reference structures, 201 composition- and allele-matched structural-decoy CIF files, processed analysis tables, structure manifests, and SHA-256 checksums. OpenFold3-preview was used for the cross-engine comparison. The comparison tables and analysis code are included in the associated GitHub repository; the corresponding OpenFold3 structure files are not included in this archive and can be provided to reviewers on request.
