Genome annotation of three Myriapoda species; <i>Scolopendra cingulata</i>, <i>Scutigera coleoptrata</i>, <i>Archispirostreptus syriacus</i>

Genome annotation was performed following repeat identification and masking. Repetitive elements were detected and filtered prior to masking the genomes. Species-specific RNA-seq datasets were generated and supplemented with publicly available RNA-seq data from the Sequence Read Archive. RNA-seq reads were quality-controlled, filtered, and aligned to the genome assemblies. Protein-coding genes were predicted using BRAKER3, integrating RNA-seq evidence and curated protein sequences. Annotation completeness was assessed using BUSCO.
