WT (C57BL/6) and Ch25h-/- mice were infected i.v. with 1e5 CFU of Listeria monocytogenes. At day 3 post-infection, ~100,000 resident splenic macrophages (CD11b+, Ly6G-, Ly6clow) were isolated by flow cytometery and analyzed by RNA-seq Comparative gene expression profiling by RNA-seq of splenic macrophages from C57BL/6 and Ch25h-/- mice infected with Listeria monocytogenes.
