Teeth or Dental image dataset

This dataset presents a comprehensive collection of 9,562 images of noncarious teeth from the maxillary and mandibular arches in different views from children aged 1 to 14 years of age. The views primarily taken are maxillary/ upper front, right, left and occlusal views and mandibular/ lower front, right, left and occlusal views. There are 8 subcategories in all, which contain images captured under controlled conditions and uploaded to the Mendeley repository. Given the focus on dental assessment and machine learning, this dataset likely includes categories relevant to both a dentist's examination and the data that a computer vision model would need to analyze machine learning algorithms. This could enable the clinician to assess patients with respect to dental problems at a faster rate and even remotely.
