资源简介:
This project systematically analyzed genome-wide transcriptional changes in tobacco plants under four light conditions: darkness (control), white light (full spectrum), red light (660 nm), and blue light (450 nm) using high-throughput sequencing technology. Based on differential gene expression (DEG) analysis under different light qualities, we focused on investigating the effects of light signal transduction on key structural genes and regulatory factors in tobacco secondary metabolic pathways, including terpenoid, alkaloid, and phenylpropanoid biosynthesis. By constructing co-expression networks and performing functional enrichment analysis. These findings provide a theoretical foundation for the targeted regulation of tobacco quality formation.
