Genomes from Leptospira interrogans recovered from dogs in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil

Our study is based on a multidisciplinary approaches intended to helps in the development of a more robust characterization of infection and sheds light onto the genomic diversity and epidemiology of leptospirosis in our epidemiological scenario. We also intend to provides a data for understanding the virulence and spread of this pathogen and for improving its surveillance based on the One Health concept.
