2019 Analysis of ITS microbial composition in leaf tissues of micropropagated pecan trees

ITS microbiome analysis of leaf tissues from micropropagated pecan trees that were fully and deficit watered. The microbiota of 13 micropropagated pecan trees were analyzed. The leaf microbial composition between fully and deficit watered micropropagated pecan trees was compared.
