Direct target genes of OsNAC5, 6, 9, and 10 identified by merging of chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP)-Seq and RNA-Seq data sets. Each color showed that Log2 ratio ≥ 1.0 in ChIP, and f.c. (fold change) ≥ 1.5, p-value <0.05 in RNA-seq, and red, sky blue, light green, and purple mean OsNAC5, OsNAC6, OsNAC9, and OsNAC10, respectively. 975 sheet means a total of 975 genomic loci, including 460 promoters, 11 5’ UTR, 211 exons, 116 introns, 148 TTs, and 28 3’ UTRs, and 460 sheet means 460 promoters that were enriched in at least one of the OsNACs.
