Transcriptome data of diverse oats (Avena spp.)

The PanOat project (Oat Pangenome Project) is heading for a global pangenome which consists of approximately 30 diverse oat accessions as well as wild relatives and progenitors. As part of this project, transcriptome data of the 30 diverse oat accessions were analyzed using RNAseq and Isoseq. Samples were taken from six different tissues including the seedling leaf, embryo, internode, caryopsis, inflorescence and seedling root.
