Effect of redox conditions on degradation of crude oil in Louisiana saline marsh soil

This dataset contains the degradation of total petroleum hydrocarbon (TPH) over time under different redox conditions in an artificially contaminated Louisiana saline marsh soil. The dataset was generated in a laboratory incubation study. Oxidized condition (at Eh of 350 mV) and reduced condition (at Eh of -100 mV) were controlled and maintained through the inflow of air/N2 gas ratio into incubation jars. TPH was measured by GC/FID following extraction by DCM at each incubation time interval.
