FMRI Benchmark Dataset

This dataset contains BOLD (Blood Oxygen Level-Dependent) datasets from 28 distinct basic brain networks, measuring neural activity in 50 brain regions. The preprocessed version is available at https://github.com/M-Nauta/TCDF/tree/master/data/fMRI. Additionally, datasets with more than 10 time series were excluded. This dataset involves 50 Regions of Interest (ROIs), and the task is causal graph learning.
