Candidate mutations in the critical region of tk64.

Ensembl variant effect predictor (VEP) [19] software identified candidates for missense mutations on chromosome 13 (see Results section for details). A total of 101 variants were identified. Variants with low or "modifier" impact rating [19] were removed leaving variants with moderate impact on only two genes. Transcripts with accession prefix “NM_” are from the RefSeq database. Transcripts with accession prefix “ENSDART” are from the Ensembl database.
