Dataset for: Evaluation of Yield, Micronutrient and Polyphenol Concentrations in Globally Significant Potato Varieties from La Molina - 2007

Thirty-eight commercial potato varieties of global importance were evaluated for micronutrient concentrations at two locations in Peru: Cusco and La Molina. The study was conducted at the INIA Andenes Station, involving a genotype-by-environment (GxE) interaction analysis.
